(2) Packing materials should be made available by the customer if the job requires packing or we can supply if needed and get reimbursed while our men do the wrapping. TVs, tv stands, all breakables, including dismantled wooden and metal beds, dismantled wardrobes and all the white goods need to be bubble-wrapped either by us or the customer ( properly) to avoid avoidable damages.

(3a) If the packing is done by the customer, it should be done properly and safely with tape and bubble wrap for fragile items (clauses2) to avoid any accidents/incidents for which the company will not be held responsible.

(3b) Customers should be aware that we do not carry loose items. Items must be boxed up or bagged up.

(4) Boxes should be packed moderately in order to avoid injuries.

(5) In case of emergency, an incident, or an accident, please contact the office immediately.

(6) Quotes given only last for a duration of 2 weeks.

(7) 72 hrs notice is needed to cancel, change date or time ( EVEN IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PAY THE DEPOSIT) Late cancellation will attract a fee of £80 - Luton van.

(8a) There’s an extra charge of £50 per American fridge freezer, Motor Bikes, and upright piano. All fridges must be bubble-wrapped. ( this is because of the weight and complications in moving them. )

(8b) customers are expected to provide Covers for their mattresses as the blankets we have are for the PROTECTION OF FURNITURES. Otherwise, we provide FOR HIRE PROTECTIVE MATTRESS COVERS for £5 per mattress. ( Please ask the driver)

(8c ) Customers MUST PLEASE consent if they are comfortable with our men having their shoes on in the house while doing the removal.

(9) It’s the responsibility of the customer ( as local residents) to arrange parking permits for vehicles to be used for the move. Parking tickets or fines whilst on the job will be added to the total cost. Congestion charges and the new Ultra Low Emission Zone changes (ULEZ) are also added to the customer's final bills.

(10) There is a charge of £20 to disconnect or connect a washing machine etc.
